Newfoundland Day 5 – Playing Tourist in Nova Scotia

Taking a break from the bikes for a day, we tour some of the finer coastal points in Nova Scotia (at least those just southwest of Halifax).

The Day

Not really any Bike content here, since we elected to leave the bikes at home and drive to our touristy destinations so we could gab on the way in the car. However, to encourage our fellow riders to bring their bikes and visit these locations, I include a short gallery of photos from the day.

Tomorrow

Chuck and I get back on the bikes and head east to North Sydney, Nova Scotia. That’s where we’ll get loaded on the 16-hour, overnight ferry to Newfoundland. Unfortunately, if the weather forecast can be trusted, we’ll likely be riding in rain for most of the day.
